A&R Group of companies is a modern, young and growing Nigeria conglomerate which is into Hospitality, Real Estate, Construction, Business investments, Mining and Project Development. The company started its operation in 2017 and became a duly registered company in 2018 with the registration of Atican Hospitality Investment Company, which was the first company of the group. The company is into hospitality and owns hotels, resorts and recreational areas in its portfolio. In 2019, the company Riveton Developments Ltd was registered as the second company of the group with the purpose of catering for the real estate and construction arm of the fledging group. In the year 2025, Atican Hospitality Investment Ltd and Riveton Developments Ltd were merged as one company known as Atican & Riveton Group Ltd (known by its business name as A&R Group). Upon the formation of the group of companies, several companies were created under the group company to form the subsidiary companies.
